Handstands with Jenny

For 4 weeks we are hosting Jenny for handstand fundamentals, designed to assist students in feeling more confident about handstands, and give them the tools to continue.

Saturday classes are now a permanent fixture in our timetable! Booking and cancellation cut-off for Saturday classes are 12 hours before class start time.

Open Level | 9.30am | Excluding first Saturday of every month

Self Training | 10.30am | Every Saturday

Beginner Block Course

Perfect for those brand new to pole! An 8 week course teaching the basics. $150 or contact us to sign up with a friend for $135 each!

Heels Flow with Ali Pooley

Do you like fast, fun flows? Join Ali for four weeks of Heels Flow in our next feature course. Heels and knee pads essential!

Junior Pole

Junior Pole is designed to be an age-appropriate education of pole sport, for students between the ages of 13-17. Pole sport can be closely compared to gymnastics training.

Our Philosophy

Here at Icarus, our goal is to provide a supportive community that encourages growth and boosts your confidence, while also improving your strength and fitness.

We aim to make our classes fun, inclusive, and accessible. Absolutely anyone can attend classes, regardless of age, gender, size or fitness level. We welcome all students and even offer Junior Pole for those aged 13-17.​

Regular Classes

Whether you want to build your strength, improve your technique, or boost your confidence, you will be able to find a home in our wide range of classes. Every class is tailored to our students and we strive to create a supportive environment for you to achieve your goals.

Pole Fitness - Superman

Block Courses

We offer a variety of Feature Courses which focus on a specific skill or style inside of, or complementary to, pole fitness. Our Beginner Block Course runs throughout the year and is designed as an introduction to the basics for brand new students.

Pole Fitness - Legend

Private Training

Planning to compete? Need one-on-one focus? A little shy? Our instructors are available for private bookings out of regular class times to help you with choreography, targeted training, and building your confidence. Group classes are also available, and the studio can be hired for private use.
