Student Showcase

Our student showcase is an excellent chance to challenge yourself to put together a routine and perform, without the pressures of competing.

We welcome any level Icarus student to give it a go!

This will be a ticketed event held at Icarus.

Beginner Flow Feature Course

Interested in trying flow but don't know where to start? Join Alex over four weeks to learn routines designed specifically for beginner flow students. Suggested clothing is leggings and socks; kneepads recommended if you have access to them; heels optional.

If you're a higher level student and are interested in attending, please reach out to be put on the waitlist should spots remain open once beginner students have had opportunities to book first.

Wednesdays 7.30 - 8.25pm | June 3rd - 24th

Beginner Block Course

Join our 8 week course introducing newcomers to the basics, perfect for those brand new to pole. Tuesdays at 6.30pm. Sign up with a friend for a discount!

Junior Pole

Junior Pole is designed to be an age-appropriate education of pole sport, for students between the ages of 13-17. Pole sport can be closely compared to gymnastics training.

Terms run alongside the school year.

Our Philosophy

Here at Icarus, our goal is to provide a supportive community that encourages growth and boosts your confidence, while also improving your strength and fitness.

We aim to make our classes fun, inclusive, and accessible. Absolutely anyone can attend classes, regardless of age, gender, size or fitness level. We welcome all students and even offer Junior Pole for those aged 13-17.​

Regular Classes

Whether you want to build your strength, improve your technique, or boost your confidence, you will be able to find a home in our wide range of classes. Every class is tailored to our students and we strive to create a supportive environment for you to achieve your goals.

Block Courses

We offer a variety of Feature Courses which focus on a specific skill or style inside of, or complementary to, pole fitness. Our Beginner Block Course runs throughout the year and is designed as an introduction to the basics for brand new students.

Private Training

Planning to compete? Need one-on-one focus? A little shy? Our instructors are available for private bookings out of regular class times to help you with choreography, targeted training, and building your confidence. Group classes are also available, and the studio can be hired for private use.
