Order:
Orders to be placed through this form before end of day, Sunday November 8th.
There is no min or max number of products required per customer, however we do require a minimum number of total orders. We will advise you that your order has not been placed if we do not meet total minimum requirements. Submit this form as many times as required to add to your order.
Contact us via email if you wish to change your order after the form has been submitted.
Discounts:
Discounts off the RRP are available to Icarus Pole Fitness students.
5% discount for Icarus Students.
10% discount for Tier 1 Members.
15% discount for Tier 2 Members.
20% discount for Tier 3 Members.
Payment:
Once your order has been received, Icarus will send you an invoice.
Invoices must be paid by Midday November 10th. If payment is not received by the deadline, your order will not be fulfilled.
Invoices will be in NZD and include GST where applicable.
Delivery:
The cost of shipping from Lunalae to Icarus is $4.00 NZD per person.
Pick up during Icarus Studio open hours is free of charge.
Delivery within New Zealand is at an additional cost to the customer.
We are hoping for delivery prior to Christmas, however we cannot guarantee delivery times from Lunalae.
Returns:
Returns are not available unless the product is faulty. Please select your size carefully.
Orders can not be changed after November 8th.
Refunds will only be issued if products are unable to be fulfilled by Lunalae.
