Feature Course - Beginner Flow
In June we're offering four weeks of Beginner routines suitable for Level 1 students or any student who has never attended a pole flow class before. Focusing on fluid movements and body awareness, these will be a perfect introduction to pole flow. With a new routine each week, feel free to attend one class or the whole month as your schedule allows. Higher level students who love flow, please be considerate of our beginner students who would like the opportunity to learn flow. If you're interested in attending, reach out directly and we can add you to a waitlist should spots remain open each week. Suggested clothing is leggings and socks, heels optional. Knee-pads recommended if you have access to them.
Cancellation Policy
You can amend or cancel your booking at no cost up until 4hrs before the class start time. If you need to cancel after this time, please contact the studio directly. We are understanding of emergent situations.
