FLOW FEATURE COURSE
Our first flow course of the year sold out in a flash, so we're running another quick smart! Jump on board Eleanor's strength based style and prepare to get hot and heavy. Heels and knee-pads required. Not suitable for beginners.
Starting February 20th for four weeks.

FLOW FEATURE COURSE
Join us in February on Wednesdays at 7.30pm for a captivating class that blends slow, sensual movement with a buttery flow, led by our talented instructor Jazz. Suitable for high Level 1 students and above, participants should wear leggings, with heels recommended (or socks as an alternative). Kneepads are optional but recommended.

We aim to make our classes fun, inclusive, and accessible. Absolutely anyone can attend classes, regardless of age, gender, size or fitness level. We welcome all students and even offer Junior Pole for those aged 13-17.​

Regular Classes
Whether you want to build your strength, improve your technique, or boost your confidence, you will be able to find a home in our wide range of classes. Every class is tailored to our students and we strive to create a supportive environment for you to achieve your goals.

Block Courses
We offer a variety of Feature Courses which focus on a specific skill or style inside of, or complementary to, pole fitness. Our Beginner Block Course runs throughout the year and is designed as an introduction to the basics for brand new students.

Private Training
Planning to compete? Need one-on-one focus? A little shy? Our instructors are available for private bookings out of regular class times to help you with choreography, targeted training, and building your confidence. Group classes are also available, and the studio can be hired for private use.
